It's possible, and moving along!
It's been two years since I last updated this web site. A few things have changed. New people - Steve and myself - bought into the property; Joegh and Dan are still our partners.
The January 2006 trip went really well - there's movement towards building, slowly but surely. We're working well together. There will be more challenges along the way, no doubt.
The purpose of this public site is to share our vision, general experiences and information with friends and others who may want to visit or invest in Costa Rican property. Prices are rising, so don't delay! And at some point we'll have a very nice place to stay...

What it Is: Freedom. Peace. Art. Music. Culture. And most of all: Community. These are vital values, increasingly difficult to find in America. We have been extraordinarily fortunate to be among such a creative tribe here in the Bay Area. As nomadic people, we see the signs around us, signs that now could be a time to move, or at least a time to hedge our bets. What's compelling is not simply going "away", but rather moving clearly towards a better world and a better future.
